Step 1 – Tear open a packet and drop the tablet into the first sink (first one to the left) 1 tablet per 10 gallons of water.

Step 2 – Fill up the sink with 10 gallons of warm water (100 – 120 F).

Step 3 – Place dirty wares, pots and pans into the solution and start cleaning.

Step 4 – Rinse cleaned items with second sink (middle).
