To Clean Ovens and Grills: Warm surface to be cleaned to 150° F.
Apply cleaner directly to soiled surfaces with a mop, brush, sponge or sprayer and allow to soak for 2 to 5 minutes.
Agitate with a long-handled gong brush, then remove loosened residue with a sponge, paper towel or cloth.
Rinse all surfaces with clean water and dry with a clean paper towel or cloth.
Repeat if necessary.
To Clean Fryers:
Flush with hot water to remove grease.
Fill tank with hot water and add 2 quarts of oven & grill cleanerBoil for 15 minutes.
Brush all surfaces and drain.
Rinse thoroughly with water and air dry.
